Clock Over ORQUESTA is a character song CD project that is related to social media.
The six winners from the First season BATTLE 1on1, which received over 1 million votes in total, and the two winners of the Loser's Resurrection Round, make up a total of eight contestants that will form new teams and throw themselves into a brand new battle.

Included are new songs sung by Nika Sakurakoji (CV. Junko Minagawa) & Rikka Tenma (CV. Tomoko Kaneda), who are a team, two duet songs by Azuma Tsuyuri (CV. Yuko Sanpei) & Konoe Kokonoe (CV. Rina Sato), who are battling each other, a song character inspired song written by keeno and sung by Konoe Kokonoe (CV. Rina Sato), who won the losers' revival round.

The audio drama depicts the team groupings of each of the eight members being discussed and decided.
