Summary
The Neptune OVA Series Trilogy concludes with its third and final installment. In this episode, Magiquone, who has a hidden agenda against the goddesses, Level Trick, arrives to challenge them to battle. Taking advantage of their unguarded state, Level Trick launches an attack called "Level-Down," which successfully hits all four goddesses including Magiquone herself.
As Nepgear and the others become worried about their missing sisters, they embark on a search mission and eventually discover Noir and the other transformed sisters who have become young children due to the Level-Down attack. However, Neptune is still missing.
In the meantime, Magiquone and Neptune are now running a massive eggplant farm. They too have been transformed into their younger selves and have lost their memories due to the effects of the Level-Down attack. As eternal nemeses, what will happen in their strange shared life together?
